DMSL is one of BT Indirect Channels' closest partner organisations in the UK. We work with BT on every aspect of broadband for business.
We provide specialist advice for organisations for all sizes looking to get the best possible return from their investment in BT services. Whether you are looking to set up a new digital connection for data or voice communications or simply to ensure that you are making the most of what you are already have in place.
Our mission has been to take the message about BT broadband and its advantages to the UK business community.
What we do
We talk to small businesses to help them understand how broadband can help them and identify exactly what type of broadband service is required.
We then pass your details - with your permission - to a local BT partner who can provide the service and offer advice and support on how to make the most of your high-speed connection to the Internet.
As well as being able to surf the Internet at high speed and send/receive emails almost instantly, broadband can be used to enable on-line banking, to streamline order processing, to backup desktop PC's, to enable remote working and even to
provide lower-cost voice communications.
Business benefits in many different ways when they deploy broadband and once you have installed it, you will never look back.
History
DMSL was established in 2002 by John Carter, a business consultant and ICT expert with over 20 years experience in the IT and communications industry. Having worked closely with BT during the launch phase of broadband services, John recognised that there was a need for someone to explain exactly how broadband would benefit organisations of all kinds and this need would be especially acute amongst the small business community.
We are now the largest distributor of BT broadband generating around half of all indirect sales of BT broadband in the UK. We have become an integral part of BT's plan to reach out and touch every business in the UK and help, advise and support to their customers on broadband and related services.

How we can help you
DMSL is working with BT to spread the word about the benefits of broadband and increase uptake amongst SME's. We are also taking BT's related services - such as Datasure PC back-up service - to the market in partnership with BT and its resellers. BT is developing a number of other solutions and services for broadband customer and as these become available we will be keeping partners and customers alike informed of how these proposition can deliver additional benefits.
