BTnet is a fixed UK Internet access service suited to such customers as ISPs, SMEs and Corporates and available in a single option – Btnet Premium. It is especially useful for customers who are ‘sources’ of content and applications, or those who have a requirement for higher levels of throughput. The BTnet service is delivered using a high speed, highly resilient, ATM switching platform. This is used to support a range of data services, including CellStream, as well as over 4 million broadband circuits, with over 118 access nodes nationwide. The BTnet portfolio has undergone significant rationalisation and the new simplified BTnet portfolio contains one un-contended product: BTnet Premium.
- Premium - available in vast range of bandwidths, with asymmetric and symmetrical options fully supported by a Service Level Agreement and resilience options.
All the customer needs to do is decide on the bandwidth they need, what level of support they’d like for their service and whether they need symmetrical or asymmetrical access.
