The BT Cloud Voice portal is what you use to manage your communications features and settings from anywhere – and any device – that you can get on the internet.
Both administrators and users have access to the portal:
To log in to it you’ll need –
You cannot change your username.
This will be your business domain (for example: mycompany.com)
You’ll have received all of your login details when you first became a User of BT Cloud Voice.
The first screen you see when you login is the dashboard, showing you –
Voicemail notifications plus the number, date, and time of missed, dialled, and received calls. The summary information includes ‘Click to Dial’ so you can immediately call any of the numbers shown.
You can use the logging information to analysis and compare call information across users and sites.
