This is all about administrators getting common contacts, from company or group directories, on to people’s devices on a site.
To be able to do this, both ‘Phone Services’ and the ‘Phone Directory’ must be turned on.
Administrators can create custom company contact directories that include up to 1000 users and virtual users (Hunt Groups, Call Centers and so on).
Administrators can set up custom contact directories that contain frequently called numbers, by importing a phone list and loading the numbers from a CSV file. A directory can contain up to 500 contacts.
